Why does the other sim i propose to rejection my marriage proposal?

I think you choose the wrong ring. In order to get the proposal accepted you have to choose the 'Eternity Ring' Which will cost you 20 LP. If you Choose the cheaper one, You'll rejected

It depends on what kind of ring you buy. The gold or eternity ring will be most likely yes. The silver is half half. Also, how full the romance Metre is. Hoped this helped.

You can actually use any ring. Go to the park or a place with cheap items or simply an empty lot. Then make the GIRL propose to have a higher chance of being accepted since guy sims don't really care about what ring you use unlike girl sims. Hope I helped you in a way. P.S It worked for me and I use dinosaur and mood ring in all my couples =)

The higher the price of the ring most likely they are too say yes so don't get the vending machine ring because it's the cheapest

I think it actually depends on what kind of sims they are. One of my sims is a tycoon,while her partner is a sporty person. In my opinion,tycoons would want to be proposed with a really expensive ring, so i let the tycoon propose him with a mood ring. It works. :)

It's the ring. Did you choose the Vending Machine Dinosaur Ring? This may have caused the Sim to reject. The higher the ring costs, the more likely the Sim will accept.

I proposed using dinosaur rings 3-7 times b4 getting a yes on various couples so I guess if ur persistent and have simoleons 2 blow and u don't want to waste ur LPs (which are so hard 2 get) then u can try that.

Step 1, make sure that your sims are inspired.
Step 2, make sure there are other sims in the household of the two which you want to get married.
Step 3, chat your sims up a bit, have the two sims you want to get married be romantic a lot and woohoo before you propose.
Step 4, I would not recommend the dino ring ( cheapest ). Al leased use the mood ring or up.

So I was trying to get my two Sims, Janice and Charles, to get married. First time I attempted it, Charles and Janice were at his house, and he proposed with the white gold ring. She refused the proposal! I was shocked and disappointed; they were partners at full level and I had hoped she'd say yes.
After a few weeks of romancing and WooHooing and near-proposals (Charles became a teacher instead of a firefighter), I decided to try again this evening. Had them at the park, used the Eternity Ring, had the man propose...and it worked. They are now engaged, and I plan to have them marry, move to a new home, and have a baby before the weekend is over.

The Eternity Ring has the highest chance of getting a yes, and the Vending Machine Dinosaur Ring has the lowest chance of getting a yes. But sometimes sims reject the Eternity Ring, and sometimes they say yes to the Vending Machine Dinosaur Ring. It helps if both sims are inspired, too. I usually have them propose in the park and it usually works.

Even if you have an entity ring, your sim could still reject the wedding proposals. I suggest that you go to the park with the two partners and other sims to set up the mood, then try using any other ring besides the dinosaur ring and the mood ring. P.S. Make sure your partners are inspired, it gives you a higher chance of the other sim to accept your wedding proposals

The more expensive ring, the higher the chance the other sim will say yes. There isn't a 'right ring' just a higher probability.
